About us

Restaurant “La Parenzana” is owned and managed by chef Ana Gergorić and her partner Marko Prodan. We are driven by our passions: food, locally sourced fresh ingredients, and the joy of sharing our creations with those who like Mediterranean flavors with a twist. 

Influenced by the countryside where live, we proudly support local farms, fishermen and producers of spirits, wine, and beer, but also local artists whose works are displayed in our restaurant. Come visit us- we will be happy to share our passions with you! 

Came back for the 3rd time, and will continue! Finally an original menu! Istrian tastes with all local ingredients and homemade pasta of any kind. Al dente as I love great place for a dinnee for two or in larger company. I recommend all the dishes, I have tried them all. Favourite : Pljukanci with pistacio an shrimps
